We will respond to requests and notifications from the Federal Institute of Industrial Property (FIPS) as needed. In case of a refusal, we will appeal the decision to the Patent Dispute Chamber.

Obtain the registration certificate from FIPS and deliver the original to you.

File the registration application and pay the state fees. We will then monitor the formal examination of the application.

Assess the registrability of the mark, its classification under the Nice Classification, and check for similar marks in the Rospatent database and other sources. We will provide a report describing competing trademarks and recommendations on how to protect your mark.
